You can,so you must!

Very often we keep asking ourselves, where I am actually going to in life?
But the truth is,we do often forget that at the end of the day, success to the fish is it's ability to swim accros the widest sea without being eaten whilst to the monkey, it is it's ability to climb the tallest tree .
Life has got different ways of dealing with each and every one of us. What killed someone could be what will give you strength. If everyone was to live life in the same way , what a sad and boring world it would be!
We all can't be teachers or presidents or doctors or lawyers or farmers or what have you. Variety they say, is the spice to life. Creation looks stuffed with different things all functioning to give us this beautiful world we live in, just to remind you that we all can't be the same. So embrace who you are and let your light shine!
A wise person once said, to ever make a day a successful one, define what success should be in that day to you and go ahead, focus and make it happen. And guess what, if by close of the day, what you defined as success in that day to you has been archived, you just lived one great and successful day!
   
Success to me today is having my quite time, reading at least 20 pages in any book at all , being totally disciplined at work , reviewing my foundation's website posts, taking my online course class and of course! eating balanced diet throughout and having enough relaxation and oh! lest I forget , being joyful, peaceful and grateful throughout!.
                             Whew!
That was a long one
By the way that's my definition for success today!
Let's meet tomorrow and see whether I had a successful day or not.

Everytime we sleep and wake up successfully each morning, we must be reminded that we have a purpose to fulfill. Not all of us that slept last night woke up to see today. It is focus that will help you recognize all the available resources essential for building your life. Focus keeps you alert, sober and conscious of every step you take. Now what is focus? Focus is  a self initiated effort to keep your eyes on a particular thing and not allowing other things  affect your dedication to that thing you have your eyes on. So how do you keep focused? The fact that you have your eyes on a particular thing doesn't mean other things are not important too. What I learned about menstruation and what you should know too.

Hi, it's me again!   😊 This whole year right from the beginning has been a little awkward for me in terms of menstruation. Every month, it came with its own problems. It either delayed four days after my proposed time of menstruation or it would come earlier   than the supposed time. Sometimes it comes at the beginning and the next two months, it comes at the end. I grew concerned just this month when I realised I had to start keeping track and record of my menstruation. And I made this choice because, this month's came at another unusual time and with some changes in my body I never anticipated; I had weak knees, tired body and severe pains I was only able to minimise by taking pain killers.
