Trust in the Lord thy God

Just like how a 3 months old baby would relax on its mothers chest fully trusting her for protection without moving until the mother did something, trust in the  Lord your God, always bare your ways before him first and do not live by your own understanding. Then trust the process for he'll direct your path.

Everytime we sleep and wake up successfully each morning, we must be reminded that we have a purpose to fulfill. Not all of us that slept last night woke up to see today. Even amongst those of us alive , not all are strong and free . Some are in the hospital on life support struggling to live , others are in prison without any freedom . If you woke up today and you still have life in you, strength to get up and move around , then don't sit idle. Get up and do something! However the tomorrow we're always worried about depends on what we're doing today! You woke up today despite the woes of yesterday and the uncertainty of tomorrow because you still have the ability to build today with faith and believe,  the tomorrow you're hopping for. It is there, inherent,in you. So just get up and make it happen. It is focus that will help you recognize all the available resources essential for building your life. Focus keeps you alert, sober and conscious of every step you take. Now what is focus? Focus is  a self initiated effort to keep your eyes on a particular thing and not allowing other things  affect your dedication to that thing you have your eyes on. So how do you keep focused? The fact that you have your eyes on a particular thing doesn't mean other things are not important too. It's just that you don't allow the effect of other things your are doing or have done find it's way into your focus and cause any havoc. What I learned about menstruation and what you should know too.

Hi, it's me again!   😊 This whole year right from the beginning has been a little awkward for me in terms of menstruation. Every month, it came with its own problems. It either delayed four days after my proposed time of menstruation or it would come earlier   than the supposed time. Sometimes it comes at the beginning and the next two months, it comes at the end. I grew concerned just this month when I realised I had to start keeping track and record of my menstruation. And I made this choice because, this month's came at another unusual time and with some changes in my body I never anticipated; I had weak knees, tired body and severe pains I was only able to minimise by taking pain killers.
